An incredible moment of grace to see the excitement in everyone.... It was our covenant day. We have been preparing ourselves for this for the last 2 years. As the day approached, the excitement in those who are taking their one year commitment in formation as Companions of the ICPE Mission was uncontainable. We had discussed on how we would like to celebrate this event. So, we did exactly as everyone desired..... We did it at a beach, dressed in beach party clothes:)
There were 7 from LiFE who were taking their one year commitment while both Derek and I were taking our 2 year covenant. Nine of us took a piece each and expressed where we are at in our journey as we responded to the commitment and the covenant.
This beautiful piece of art is the result of the expression of our journey. We would keep this to hang at the LiFE Centre...
