We took the opportunity to fly our friends, Pia, Stefan and Elisa to KK for 4 days, while they are on a mission trip to Singapore in August. It was great to see them all. Happy to see that they are well adjusted in Malta and are having a break from the busyness of the day to day building of the house, since they started the renovations this summer.
It was great to see Eli again since they left Allerheiligen last September. I had good fun with her, shopping...!! We went around getting small girlie stuff like bracelets and earrings and watches as well as nail polish... Really missed her! We have been living together for the past 5 years in both Malta and Germany.
Of course, our friends did not miss the speciality of the Chongs. We had crabs as a welcome dinner for them. Derek's mum fascinated our friends again plus ourselves...as we enjoyed the delicious meal prepared by her.
Not forgetting a taste of tropical fruits in all shapes,sizes and colours.... We really enjoyed the short time of their stay with us. Really miss our precious friends who have moved on in life. We're happy to see how God has led them in this very short time...
