What a start to the year! I found Allerheiligen all white when I woke up in the morning. The contrast of the autumn colours plus the fresh winter snow made Allerheiligen looked amazing!!

In the evening, the school kitchen team joined me in preparing various types of noodles, chicken porridge and spring rolls. Amused the Asian participants of the school plus the children of the community who always look forward to having spring rolls...
