Surprise!

Just as he thought he reached the end of the day, after fetching the Singaporeans from the airport, he walked into our home finding 30 other people in his house shouting "surprise!".

Derek gave his speech..."thank you for celebrating my birthday though I'm the oldest among you..."

Singapore's School of Witness 2011 Rally

The 6 week School of Witness with participants from Singapore, Malaysia and Australia ended yesterday with a beautiful commissioning mass celebrated by the Archbishop of Singapore.

The 23 participants received a cross each as their sending off gift. Derek was working with 7 other staff from the Archdiocesan Youth Centre of Singapore and ICPE India.

The school ran a Youth Rally on Friday evening, 18th Feb and the hall was packed with young people from around Singapore. Many came to be prayed with during the ministry time. Derek led the worship that evening and had also the privilege to lead the band consisting of present and past participants of the SOW. This is the 3rd SOW in Singapore and for the first time, there were not enough seats - as how Edwyn prayed it would be.

I had the chance to join them for the rally after my conference in KL. Thanking God for such a beautiful experience...

Moving Moments with Mike & Celine

Mike & Celine's Wedding at SFX Singapore

The Evening Dinner...

The decor...

I was fascinated at the guest book, how it was designed with pictures of Mike & Celine and the story of their journey, not in pre wedding pix...

Derek and the arch - he put the roses for our wedding arch and we wondered if Mike did all these... hmmmm

Celebrating Faithful Love in Tambunan

My cousin, Susan, celebrated her 25th Wedding Anniversary in Tambunan. Susan and Basal got married in the same church where the whole family was actively involved in the planning of the wedding then.

Together with them, her parents, Uncle Stanley and Aunt Lily, celebrated their 45th Wedding Anniversary while another cousin, Stanley Jr or more known as Joe to us, celebrated his 7th Wedding Anniversary with his wife, Leslie.

That brought us all to Tambunan for the day to celebrate with them this very special and beautiful occasion. May God continue to shower his blessings upon them.
